Construct Only EWP MEWC-1 2014 Contract carried out by NACP Projects at Keswick Barracks in South Australia. The Works had four elements:
- Building A0034 – Office Accommodation Navy HQ-SA – The building required safe access via scaffolding to the face of the building with screening to execute the external painting, patching, fascia/roof works and new windows.
- A0054, A0064, A0186 OR’s Canteen and Accommodation – Mechanical upgrades to buildings 54, 64, and 186 which included split air-conditioning systems and associated electrical and mechanical hydraulics.
- AHS Medical Centre – Internal painting and patching of structural building elements including the ground floor, first floor, internal stairwell, internal walls, ceiling, doors, door jambs, skirting and architraves.
- Building A0001 Pharmaceutical Store – The refit of one room within building 1 to convert to a pharmaceutical store included the decanting of existing equipment and minor demolition. Installation of air conditioning and ventilation, as well as new electrical supply where also part of the minor works.
